-Magnet must not of been used underwater or outside. Feel free to test it within the comfort of your home.
-We will provide best practice testing tips to ensure it is executed accurately. We may ask for photo or videos to help you test the magnet right.
-Magnet and associated accessories must not be damaged or have any visible scuff marks.
-We will pay for return shipping if we believe the magnet does not meet it's strength guarantee, meet quality standards or is faulty.
-You will pay for return shipping if it is a change of mind.
-You will be responsible for repackaging the magnet and taking it to the post office.
-We will assess your return when we receive it and liaise with you to offer a refund if it meets the above criteria :)
